Date a woman from United States. My friends would probably describe me as confident, kind, honest and...a wannabe comedian - I love laughing and making people laugh (even if the jokes are corny). I have a lot of friends and really enjoy spending time with people I care about. As an only child, in a lot of ways my friends are my family. In terms of free time, I could just as easily sit on the couch and watch a movie (or catch up on Dexter or Mad Men) as I could go for a hike, go out to dinner or go dancing. I also love to travel and I try to get out of the country at least once a year - my goal is to fill up that passport!
My work is a big part of who I am and I care deeply about what I do. I have dedicated my career to working towards educational equity. I believe strongly in making sure children have what they need to learn and become successful members of society. Plus, teenagers are hilarious (I'm a former high school teacher and principal).
I've always enjoyed playing sports and a couple years ago, I fell in love with football (I know, it took me a while to finally give in to the hype). I'm a diehard Saints fan and have a little space reserved in my heart for the 49ers.
I would love to find someone that is ambitious and hard-working but also committed to enjoying life and having fun. I would like someone who is athletic and has a healthy lifestyle but can also appreciate ice cream and a slice of pizza! It's all about balance and satisfaction.
