Date someone special from Palo Alto, United States. I'm gregarious, outgoing, warm, and I love to laugh. I like hanging out with friends and family but cherish the time that I spend at home. I'm a bit klutzy and goofy. I just got my masters degree in special education and teach at a local high school. It is nice to find my dream job. If only California would stop laying off teachers the world would be even better.
I am hoping to learn many of my mothers amazing recipes. I find library's and the gym oddly therapeutic especially when listening to car talk on podcast. I would love to learn Hindi and go to India but with school its tough. I would love to travel around the world but I also love spending time at home...California is awesome. Lucky to have traveled to Israel, it is a beautiful country.
My family is my rock and my constant source of humor and general ridiculousness. Family Friday night dinners are wonderful not just because my mom is a great cook but because we literally spend hours laughing, and having totally random discussions.
I am an honest person, in fact telling a lie gives me heart burn. I should work on that for teaching, lol. I have maintained my love of second grade humor, which is why I like shows such as Family Guy. I truly enjoy the little things in life. I feel very lucky to have the life I have which is largely due to my friends and family. I enjoy going to Torah study, and learning about my heritage.
I love and am slightly addicted to Bollywood films and dance. I also like learning about other cultures, watching a film (anything from action to comedy or documentary), listening to music (bollywood,country, gogoll bordello, korn, muse, classical, linkin park, etc), read (anything from sci-fi, to a autobiography or a trashy magazine), walk around the farmers market, summer bike rides, draw (basically doodle), and spend time goofing off with friends.
I love Eureka, Raising Hope, The Big Bang Theory, basically all of hulu.com. I adore listening to NPR's "Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me," and "Car Talk."
I want a drama lite life that is focused around the people I care about and trying to be a good person... and have some fun!
