- I normally work in community based non-profits as a program manager. After the budget got cut on my last project, I decided to take the summer away from the office and work at my friendРІР‚в„ўs music camp in the San Bernardino Mountains. I am up here half of each week for the rest of the summer cooking for a bunch of really awesome musician kids, enjoying the peacefulness of the mountains and watching incredible sunsets. Soon it will be back to reality.
- I think I have that weird W. European genetic thing that makes cilantro taste like soap. I hate the stuff, but I love Mexican food.
- I am a third generation Angeleno. My grandma and I graduated from the same high school exactly 70 years apart.
- I worry that saying I am an atheist vegetarian who doesn't drink makes me sound like a boring anti-social weirdo, but I swear I am not. These things have very good reason behind them and I don't care what you believe in, what you eat, or how much you do or don't drink.
- When I was 17 I went skinny dipping with Jean Claude Van Damme in a hot tub at 3am in the middle of the desert. Long story.
- My closest friends have been my friends for 25 years or more. They know me better than I know myself sometimes and theyРІР‚в„ўre amazingly still my friends.
- I listen to a lot of bluegrass music. I think if someone serenaded me with the banjo I would instantly fall in love.
- I have a master's degree in International Environmental Economics. I love that I got to study that as much as I did for those two years, but as far as a job is concerned, maybe I should have done something slightly more practical. No regrets though.
- I am fairly environmentally conscious. I pay attention to how much waste I produce, I try not to drive too much (kind of difficult in Los Angeles), and living in a walkable community is really important to me. If somethingРІР‚в„ўs walking distance, it should not be driven to.
So, all in all, what really matters is that I know I have my faults just like the next girl and while I screw it up sometimes, I strive to be a more honest, compassionate, open-minded, content person every single day and I wish everybody could realize that life is lot easier when you try to live that way. It would be nice to date someone who tries to do the same.

Meet someone special from California, United States. Hiya fellas! I’m a super chill LA native and absolutely love this town – love the sunshine, the hippies, the beach, the Doyers!!, the taco trucks!! I got bit by the travel bug when I was 17 and have lived in some pretty awesome places. One word to describe this planet? Stunning -- and its people even more so! Traveling has made me CHERISH diversity as well as develop a penchant for languages, wish I spoke a bazillion more.
