Date someone special from United States. Hi- I'm Andy (yes, Andy with a "y"). Re-joining match after a while off. Currently living in Costa Mesa, having just moved here early May, but am spending most of my days off in San Diego, just because I don't know anyone in OC yet.
About me: I'd consider myself a relatively low-maintenance, independent, spontaneous type. I'm smart (and a smartass sometimes), thoughtful, and extremely laid back. I work in healthcare in a job that suits me beautifully. I'm always up for a new story or a new misadventure. I will try (almost) anything once- big believer in the phrase, "why not?". I try to maintain a good balance of goofiness and seriousness, though the seriousness usually gets lost in the shuffle of always having a good time... Beware: I haven't owned a TV in years, and I am guaranteed to not catch your quotes or one-liners from tv shows or movies. If this is important to you... well, that's just funny.
For fun, I prefer to be outdoors: especially sailing (my current obsession), hiking, driving, walking/wandering aimlessly, and I'm trying to get back into beach volleyball... the height is an advantage, but sometimes I'm pretty sure I have four left feet on the court. My vacations usually end up being spontaneous, and often involve going/staying with strangers, and are sometimes poorly planned, but those are always the ones that turn out best. I love camping and need to do it more! Movies are fun, as are road trips, dinner, picnics, travel... car-washing, painting fences, pulling weeds... I don't believe the activity is as important as the company you keep. Anything can be fun with the right person. :)

Be tall (I'm 6' tall, so if you're under, say, 5'10"... you may want to check out the profile under mine. No, really.). Positivity is important. A sense of humor is probably my biggest "must-have" quality- which does not mean you have to be a comedian, but even the witty, perfectly timed comment (or perfectly ill-timed comment) tells me you don't take life or yourself too seriously. I whole-heartedly believe the best in people, though I do not believe anyone is perfect, and sometimes the "flaws" people think they have are their best qualities.
