Date a woman from United States. My life is a reflection of my values: walking with integrity, compassion, good humor and an appreciation for the gift of just being. My profession guides me to approach people with compassion, open-heartedness, curiousity and a bit of tough love by reflecting that we are constantly creating and recreating our lives and ourselves with what we choose. I believe that the world is fundamentally good and that we rest in the caring arms of a benevolent force, always.
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, am vegetarian for moral reasons, and do bikram yoga to stay physically and mentally fit. I also have a soft spot for gangsta rap, the F-word, black clothes, high heels, sarcastic humor and this hookah bar in the Tenderloin. I am affectionate, physically and verbally, and would want to be able to express my feelings and appreciation for you in lots of ways. Lots of long gazes with small smiles for the right person, warmth in my eyes and heart. You'd feel it.
You are someone who does not take himself or his life for granted. You care about the well-being of others -- individuals, your community and the planet. You are simultaneously mystified and in awe of women and our ability to connect deeply with our hearts, and strive to do the same. You don't have to be a therapist, but you see the benefit of being able to recognize, name, discuss and feel your emotions. You are masculine, smell great and take care of yourself, as you want to show up for life as your best self. If not a person of color yourself, you are an ally and passionate about social justice. You have explored the world, gotten outside your comfort zone, learned from your mistakes and do not settle for complacency or mediocrity. You also appreciate the small pleasures and downtime -- naps in the sun, long conversations over coffee, strolling.
