Would like to start off by saying I’m finally in a good place in my life where I’m happy, settled, and comfortable in my own skin. I’ve learn to say “no” to other and say “yes” to myself more often. I had to learn to let things/people go and let things happen naturally and hope for the best. I completely hate drama and arguments so I avoid them at all cost. However please don’t get it twisted…I will stand up for what I believe and will put up a good fight. None the less, I’ve learned that it’s more important to be “happy” than to be “right” and to choose your battles/words wisely. If blessed…we will live to fight another day…so is best to walk away before you say/do something you will regret. With age I’ve also learn to love my body (curves, white skin and other flaws) which makes me feel more sexy & confident in my own skin.
