If you were to ask me to describe myself (which in a way you are, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this) then I would say that i'm someone's who is friendly, kinda shy and quiet (I like to say that I only speak when I have something to say), easy to get along with, nice, someone you can depend on, and funny. It's true that I might not have much to say but if I can think of something funny to say (especially a quick one-liner) then I'll blurt it out and hope for a laugh. :)
When I'm not working I'm usually just relaxing at home watching hockey (which isn't nearly as fun as seeing in person but is wayyyyy cheaper lol) or a movie or tv and spending time here in cyber-land. I'm no couch though. I play ice hockey a couple times a week and I also try to go hiking or rock climbing too.
I really enjoy a nice meal...either going out or cooking at home. I love to try new foods and if I like it enough I'll try to learn how to make it. I think I do pretty good in the kitchen.

I am a very active individual and generally prefer being outside over in (exceptions apply). I like to ride my bicycles (road and mountain) and consider my rides a form of meditation. One of my favorite local road rides takes me past a strawberry field and in the summer that smell is amazing. I am a Tough Mudder. Very rewarding being part of a team, experiencing the camaraderie and crossing the finish of this event. Being healthy and fit is my lifestyle; however, balance and moderation are key. Staying active allows me to enjoy Jif Extra Crunchy, Alehouse cheeseburgers and Grizzly Browns.
I am not originally from CA, but have lived here more than half my life and consider it home. My family is scattered all over the US and, although we may not see or talk with each other frequently, we remain loving and in each other's thoughts. I am extremely fortunate to have a wonderful group of friends. Most aren’t into my crazy fitness routine, but we always enjoy gathering for dinner, drinks, ball games, BBQ’s, live music, dancing, game nights, and the occasional weekend trip out of town. I haven’t won the lottery…yet, but luckily I work with some incredibly intelligent folks and can wear jeans and flip-flops to the office (the seven minute commute is pretty sweet too).
Family and friends, fitness and health, and the ability to laugh and have fun are huge in my world. I would like to meet someone that has similar attitudes, lives a complimentary lifestyle and is also interested in building a genuine connection. Of course, someone that will ride, run or walk up a big hill with me on occasion would also be fantastic.

I have a lot of friends at work but I want to make friends outside of work. I enjoy living in Livermore and being in wine country. I enjoy volunteering for many different charities and have participated in the MS 150 bike ride 4 yrs in a row. I am a genuinely happy person and love to just hang out with my friends. I originally grew up in New York and like to go visit ther at least once a year. My grandma still lives there so I get to visit her and see the city my 2 favorit things to do. I also enjoy going to a baseball game whenever I can. I want to go to boston and chicago in the next couple of years because I really want to see Fenway and Wrigley field. Funny thing is I love football but I have never been to a NFL game. I hope to take care of that this year. I have been to some college games as a matter of fact I got to see the University of Utah beat up on Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. Not only was that my first bowl game but my first time in New Orleans.
