I have a strong work ethic. I have a rewarding career that I love as a program director of a counseling center working with children, adults, and families and have a small private practice.

I have followed Lance in his last Tour de France, trekked mountains peaks (Kili, Nepal, Peru, NZ) lost myself in amazing cultures and adventures (Bhutan, Cuba, India, meditation retreat in France, studying and biking in Italy, wine tasting in Europe, etc. ) while throughily enjoying living life large closer to home.
I can be found creating fun unusual adventures in the midst of the myriad exciting Bay Area activities, such as, frequently gallivanting on my road bike, hiking Mt Tam, as well as, enjoying fine dining or a great cool local hang out, playing bar dice or just relaxing at home.
While I'm not a huge cook-I can make one 'mean' Sicilian homemade tomato sauce and pasta. You know you're in with me if I share the special ingredient.
In friendships and partners, I look for a genuine goodness, intelligence, humor, passion and that little special unique something.

I am so caught up in my everyday living, working, parenting, schooling, driving, shopping, everythinging that I don't know who sees me and I definitely am not seeing others. Nerves, rejection, and that belief in old-fashioned meeting the right person when I'm not looking. I believe in kindness, the value in people and their beliefs and passions. I have always been supportive, as I feel like we're all here on this journey together, so be kind.
I have learned from mistakes and now understand what really does make me happy: good friends, family and appreciation for the love in my life. I am really looking for someone to share that with. I enjoy college sports, and especially when my Ohio State Buckeyes are doing well. I also attended the Univ of Texas, so every once in a while, i'm torn. But as a third-generation Buckeye, I kinda bleed scarlet and grey. But more importantly, I love adventure and I can look back in my life, and forward to, lots of adventure. I strive for fun, excitement, and fulfillment. My career is in digital advertising, and I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I have started and sold two companies, AND I don't think I am finished yet. Since college graduation, I have lived in Taos, NM, Tahoe, Santa Barbara, NYC, LA and the Bay Area. Those first few years were to ski and have some fun, and after doing the ski bum thing, I helped launch a successful Internet company in SB. I opened up our NYC office, and then left to work at an agency in SF. From there, went to LA for a few years to work, and play, but after a while, it's time to leave LaLa land. I was ready, and I've been back up here for over 6 years now.
I love exploring, getting to know people, as I mentioned, laughter. Sense of humor is wonderful, even sprinkled with some sarcasm.
