I work in an office and enjoy my job but I like outdoor activities like hiking, camping and going to the coast. I also like going out to see live music, movies, car shows, street fairs or just going for a walk, but I certainly don't mind staying home, watching movies and having a cuddle (I'm a great cuddlier)
I have lived several different places and have traveled throughout the US, I have lived and worked in Mexico and have been to Australia - once. I'd like to go back again sometime, its a great place. One of the coolest things is if you're walking down the sidewalk and make eye contact with anyone, they all smile and say g'day! Downtown Perth was really funny, I was getting 200 g'days a block, until my friends got tired of it and told me to stop looking at people Haha.
I would like to find someone who is smart, independent, likes the outdoors, and knows how to relax and have fun. (maybe a bit of a tomboy). A good sense of humor is essential but no camping required (as long as my son will go with me your safe : )
About me - I like the beach, going to the mountains, camping, fishing, swimming, day hikes, movies, travel, dining out (no dishes to wash !) cooking on the grill, some bicycle riding and getting out of town whenever possible. I like to keep up on current events and am interested in what is going on in the world. I also enjoy reading whenever I have time.

Date single man from Hanford, United States. Where to start? I have recently relocated from the panhandle of Texas toCalifornia due to the birth of my first grandbaby. I am retired from the United States Navy after almost 21 years of service. I am a die hard romantic. I know that in todays time a lot of women dont like it, but I believe in opening doors still and allowing the woman to enter an establishment first. I dont belive in the woman walking 3 steps behind, I am not that old fashioned. I expect someone to walk side by side with me. I will be there for the right person no matter what and expect the same. I appreciate an intelligent conversation about any subject. Moonlight strolls, walks in a slow rain are just some of the things I think are romantic. I enjoy just getting in a car and pointing it in a random directtion and seeing where it takes us, no destination is required. Cooking is one of my passions, I have been told I am pretty good at it. I especially like to grill and some people look at me strangely because I am known to do it year round. Going to the movies is a plus but I am just as comfortable sitting at home watching a good one with that special someone.
