I will be up front here: I am a stocky guy. I have broad shoulders and a very deep chest, allowing me to carry my weight without looking as heavy as I currently am, but I am actively working on slimming down, are you willing to allow for that? I will never be average, let alone slender, it is a physical impossibility, short of a Nazi death camp, and nobody is looking for that! Meet a man from California, United States. Hi, my name is Tom and I recently moved to the Temecula and Murrieta.
I have been in a wheelchair for 25 years while raising my 15-year-old boy who is such a good natured kid with a lot of talents. But I'm sure if you asked him, he'll lead you to believe that he's desperately trying to raise a good father! :-) In return, I told him I'm going to give bumper sticker that says "hire a teenager while they know it all!" :-) Bottom line, we love each other very much and I do love kids quite a bit in general.
I'm educated, communicative, affectionate, loving and down to earth. I like simpler things in life.
I work full time, just graduated from law school, raise my son pretty much on my own, I teach tennis and martial arts... and all from being in a wheelchair due to a surfing accident long ago. Amazing huh? It sure has made for a colorful life indeed.
People interest me, can be funny and do the damnedest things! I find that each person has their unique story and nothing fits well into the four corners of a box.
I prefer people who are very open-minded, kindhearted and generous in how they approach people. Open-heart and open minds are probably the single most attractive thing to me. Vanity bothers me ... we are not our car, we are not a bank account, but certainly they are useful to get to work and eat huh? Still, it's my hope people find meaning in those that they love, people and places that they experience rather than possessions that can be easily lost tomorrow or today.
A special note, I find certain women have great power over me and never know it. I adore women who are not only generally kind and caring but I appreciate a woman with brains or intelligence. More so, I watch closely how people treat each other including how they treat kids or strangers even in difficult settings. It really matters to me!
