I'm over fifty. I had my accurate age posted, but only received mail from men under thirty(-five) and over sixty... and my 'who's viewed me' list looks like a roster of an old folks home so i had to resort to posting an inaccurate age so that i may get viewed by men closer to my age. Ok, now while being Mother Teresa, I aim high ;-)ha!, I do make it a priority to have some personal time and get some form of physical activity on a daily basis. I pretty much love any activity that includes all of the earthРІР‚в„ўs elements because of the connection I feel to our earth and its creator. Yes, I have skied in -40 below weather ( I am a Canuck) and have been close to being struck by lightening while mountain biking in Moab, Utah . Right now I have been on my road bike a lot because of a shoulder injury, but mountain biking, surfing, trail running, snowboarding and yoga are on the top of the totem pole for most favorite ways to keep the spirit and mind balanced. For those most needed recovery days, working in my garden, reading on the back patio while sipping some lemonade or a nice walk on the beach are always nice options.
