If running up a flight of stairs leaves you bent over panting for breathe, (or if the idea of running up a flight of steps is an alien concept) we're probably not a good match. I usually bike more miles in a week than I drive in a month. (Seriously, half my closet is bike gear, I keep two bikes in my living room, the most expensive shoes I own clip into my pedals...well, you get the picture...I might as well start with full disclosure.)
