I have a great passion for eating healthy, mostly Paleo, and absolutely love cooking! I am really big into eating really fresh ingredients so I am constantly at the supermarket getting more veggies and fresh meats. (Promise to keep a secret? I commonly sample) My favorite dish so far is ratatouille. I made it a mission to replicate the rat's signature dish after watching that movie. While I haven't quite gotten the presentation down it seems the dish has become an instant hit at all the parties I go to. I am still working on the childhood flashback effect...
Beyond the kitchen I am always going out to different places and trying to absorb everything around me. So beware if you are ever walking with me, I have a tendency to stop frequently and ask random people questions about what they are doing. You might be surprised that just everyone loves to talk about what they are passionate about and I love to learn about it.
Some of the places I like to explore are San Francisco, any beach within day trip status (less then 5 hours of driving one way), recently trails around the auburn area and just about anywhere highway one touches.
