Date single man from Brentwood, United States. It appears it can do no harm to say what we want to have as possibilities and not have for others wanting something different than a simple opportunity to find a potentially great partner and friendship. I prefer not to waste anyone's time with less.
For all here with this opportunity that online connecting brings, I am looking for some one out of the box. Some one not just wanting a date as I also am not just looking for that, but would like to find more than that in time.
The impact of children even PT should be considered. since I share custody of my only child less than 1/2 the time. I have a lot of free time but enjoy being dad when I am. One thing about longer term, its nice to be able to blend that as well for the right relationship potential.
I am also interested in meeting new friends in the interim, and having a friendship that could also grow into a long term fulfilling relationship.
I do live in the West L.A. area and work in the valley currently but even that changes time to time due to the consulting I do.
I have may active passions and directly support charity and a peace movement specifically for the individual being... as opposed to any larger entity than that.
Lastly, no pictures no response.
Thanks for visiting. Also, good luck to you
Meet a man from Brentwood, United States. The rejection.
The judging. (The RUSH to judgment.)
The unkind words.
The lack of appreciation for who you are.
The insensitivity.
The longing.
The tension.
The criticism from people who don't really know you.
The waiting for something that never comes...
How DO these kids on "American Idol" handle it?!
While we ponder that...a few words about ME.
Very upbeat, enthusiastic, fortunate, kind, confident, family-oriented, tuned in to the world and to other people, attentive to those I care about, genuine, caring, unpretentious. Gratitude a central part of my life. Believe how we treat others (romantic interest or not) is paramount.
Find pleasure in many things, both simple and not so simple.
Healthy and high-energy. (My energy-- and sense of humor--most often commented upon.) Run and/or walk every day. Also work out, hike, ski, bike, play tennis, do the steps at the beach. Interests include business, good food, exercise, books, films, travel, the financial markets, art, politics and photography. Enjoy my work but have no problem with leisure time. Savor amusing moments and have an enormous capacity for silliness and fun.
(NO WINKS PLEASE!)
Date someone special from Brentwood, United States. I'm successful at what I do, 57 years of age, live in Brentwood Glen and have a ranch in Montana, in a place called Big Sky. I have a great sense of humour ( a little twisted at times) At this stage of my life I'm very honest with who I am. I'm energetic, and proactive, I love my life which is really a lifestyle. I would rather be in the arena playing as opposed to sitting in the stands as a spectator.
I'm looking for an attractive educated women, who has a tremendous zest for life and is comfortable both in LA and Montana.
Hopefully, she'll enjoy skiing, horses, golfing and whatever else we find to do.
Meet a soulmate from Brentwood, United States. I'm a smart, attractive, witty, thoughtful, playful guy with a dry, sarcastic sense of humor (a cross between Bill Maher and Jon Stewart and believe me, not everyone gets it [currently running Bin Laden drink special: Navy Seal Team 6 got him, so you get a free drink when we meet O:-) ]). I'm slim, fit and athletic. I like roller blading, swimming and other outdoor activities. I play the guitar, am a great backgammon player and like Black German Shepherds. Pertinent personal info: 5-11, 150, brown hair, hazel eyes, divorced; have an awesome 20-year-old daughter who goes to UC Santa Barbara (and is doing a semester abroad in Rome this spring); CFO of a hot start-up that is now taking off; day trader; looking to share serious fun with someone (you?). I'm also honest, generous, loving, giving and supportive.
A smart, pretty, sexy, classy woman to share the ultimate adventure with (I know what I'm up against). You certainly need a sense of humor or we won't make it together. One of my favorite things to do is to go out to a great restaurant with a smart, pretty woman: The ambience of a beautiful restaurant, dinner and a great bottle of red wine, sparkling conversation and laughter; the only thing that would make it better is being with a woman I love. We'll also take in movies, plays and concerts; weekend getaways to Las Vegas and San Francisco, longer trips to New York, Hawaii and Europe. If this looks like an adventure you'd like to share, let me know and we'll go fight terrorism together.
Intensely interested in Obama really going after Romney and the dangerous policies being pushed by the Republicans [anyone who isn't properly fearful about the ignorance and extremist views being celebrated by the right-wing nuts isn't paying attention]), including finally confronting the critical problems of climate change (Gore deserved the Nobel Prize for forcing the world to wake up about this issue) and income inequality (thanks to Occupy Wall Street).
Obama is amazing and has a chance to be one of the greatest Presidents in our history if he's bold enough to go for it (so far not). I watch Keith Olbermann (when he's on TV), Rachel Maddow, The Daily Show and Dylan Ratigan and read the New York Times columnists Paul Krugman and Maureen Dowd and the Huffington Post and Daily Kos. There is much work to do to save our democracy from the assault by the unbelievably greedy super rich, reckless corporations and their Republican enablers.
Needless to say, if you support the Republican ideology that has wrecked our economy, lowered our position in the world and endangered our planet, we'll just have to agree that I'm "Just Not That Into You." Otherwise, if you're as concerned as I am, we just might be able to create something great :-).
