Date someone special from Woodside, United States. Hello!
I'm more or less a bay area native, having lived in the south bay, Marin, and now on the peninsula.. I'm pretty close to my family who lives mostly in the south bay. I've also lived on the east coast for 7 years (loved it, too) and in Germany for 2 months... I'm counting that one in.
I'm fairly active; I run a few times a week and try to get a ride in on the weekend. I'm pretty relaxed about it. In meeting me, you'll probably find that I get things, that I rarely talk too much and that I'm pretty easy to get along with (maybe because I don't talk too much?). People generally find me acceptable.
I've never been married. I've been in long-term relationships - like most, that's where I prefer to be. I'm not adverse to marriage; I've heard it can be quite nice :)
What I'm looking for..
It would be great to find someone capable...who can take care of themselves if needed, but who really enjoys the interdependence of a good relationship.
Here are some things I find important in a relationship:
- Laughter
- Taking the time to connect and being at ease with silence
- Making the effort to understand the other person
- Knowing that it's not perfect... smiling and rolling your eyes at the imperfections
