I'm a fair weather scuba diver and have been to some fabulous places like Raja Ampat (Indonesia), Tonga, Australia, Fiji, Cozumel, Cayman, Bonaire, Aruba, Bahamas.... My curiosity and passion for traveling keeps me striving for a good balance of work and play. More play is desired...and coming in the near future :)
I like men who are self assured-just enough to be confident and capable, but not cocky. Ultimately he likes to do a variety of outdoor adventures, loves fresh air and takes care of himself and others well-will not put me in harms way on his favorite adventure, right? He is responsible for his own life management (yes-hygiene, taxes, laundry, etc.), walks his talk with integrity and wants to share a life of fun, smiles and laughs. He can talk about his feelings and can handle listening too, but humor, romance and chemistry are key.
If there's a special interest in boating that's a bonus. I love being on the water and would love to be the first mate. I'm the captain of my own little runabout, but with the right person an upgrade may be in order :) This is not a deal breaker, but could be a fun new adventure if you haven't tried it...

I own a drill!); diving would be nice, but not required (passengers welcome); travel arranger if it interests you, but not required (I'm good at this); do-gooder for others less fortunate a huge plus; definitely financially good on his own--can at least pay his own way :)
Ok, you've come this far, you must be interested...THE DEEPER ME: I like what I recently read in Oriah Mountain Dreamer's profile (see white horses photo): There is a wildness in us, an untamed spirit beneath all the useful roles we fulfill, all the productive work we do to care for ourselves, others, the world. We must make room for the wildness, find moments- days- allow it to take us, carry us, into running full out just for the joy of running (whatever wild "running" looks like for each of us.) Our innate wildness renews us reconnects us to what we are, to the embodied spirit of life that we are. As poet Mary Oliver wrote- "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
