. Hi there!
At this point in my life I am a full-time musician. I teach high school music by day; evenings and weekends are often consumed with personal practice, rehearsals and gigs. I play several instruments--piano, fiddle, hammered dulcimer, and harp. I've performed with a world/Celtic band for the past 10 years and I also have occasional solo gigs. I am busy and love what I do, but I could and would make time for the right guy.
I am usually a funny, positive and upbeat person. I laugh a lot (often at myself!) and generally get along well with everyone.
And that "right guy"? He's smart, easy going, pleasant to hang with and, hopefully, enjoys Celtic/traditional music. (I do like many other genres of music too!) He is actively involved in his own pursuits but willing to share mine on occasion, and would want me to share his too. There needs to be some definite chemistry between him and me. It would be great if he is clever with technology and a patient teacher to those of us who struggle with it--(namely ME--though I'm much better than I used to be!) He tries to exercise and eat a healthy diet, without being fanatical about it. He's not looking for someone to complete him because he's fine on his own but he realizes that we become better and happier people by caring for others.
Here are a few things you should know about me up front: I was married for 25 years. I have been amicably divorced for over 7. I have 2 awesome kids that I am very close to (both married and on their own). I do not own a TV. I am not into motorcycles.

. happy, likes to laugh, likes the outdoors, sports lover enthusiast, likes pets especially dogs, walks, dinners at home, golf (new at the game and loving it!) , camping at the beach, atv riding, boating, water skiing, keeping a healthy lifestyle by working out 2-3 times a week. So many of my friends consider me a sweet lady. Love working with children. I have been involved with kids a lot of years. My children are my love of my life. My son is married...became a grandma this year... and daughter is in college...comes home on holidays. Being active has kept me young.....don't feel like 51 (more like 35!) Love to dance....do you?
My perfect match would be someone who enjoys most of the same things as I do. Its no fun doing things by yourself, even cooking together can be a very intimate and fun time. Love have friends over for dinner. Have you ever eaten Basque food before? You will love it! Walks on the beach can be very romantic but also being at home cuddling on the couch watching a movie is enjoyable to me. Do you like to dance? I do. Soft music in the background after a home cooked meal with candlelight. I guess I am sort of a romanticist.
