Meet a guy from California, United States. Hey hey what’s going on? I guess the first thing you should tell me is welcome to the west coast. Man how things have changed for me this past year... I finished up my Masters, landed that career job, and ended up relocating to SF for work. I was born and raised in the Michigan - how I love the mitten state - so it was naturally hard to move away from family and good friends. But, sometimes you just have to go where the opportunity presents itself! Since I’m seriously addicted to spending time outdoors, I’ve had no problem calling this place home.
I spend the majority of my week out in the north bay working as an engineer for a medical device company. I’m enjoying the job so the hours sometimes get long, but I try to make it all up on the weekends. Hiking, playing soccer, mountain biking, and golfing keep me going most of the time. My weekend nights vary... I’m not big into the club/bar scene but do make it out occasionally. I prefer checking out live-music, BBQ/camping with friends, or just staying in and watching a movie.
