I've been told by friends that I'm the most loyal person they know. That's because honesty and loyalty are two traits I hold in the highest regard. On the other hand, I have a great appreciation for the funny. I find that laughter is most often the greatest remedy to almost any problem. It's intelligence and wit that produce the funniest of things, to me. If I cannot find common ground to engage you on an intellectual level, then I probably will wander off. I figure it's better to just live and enjoy as much as possible while you can than waste time on things you don't want or that would bring you down. So, I'd say I'm a pretty upbeat guy.
Also, I HAVE to have music in my life. I love it. Easily, it's one of my greatest passions. If I were to go deaf, I can't fathom being able to live for very long. Along with music, I'd say (as my username suggests) that traveling is another of my greatest passions. I was fortunate enough to have parents that were able to travel with me as I grew up. Besides the whole of this continent, I've also seen bits and pieces of South America and Europe. I fully intend on seeing more of the world as I can. Places I have in mind? Turkey, Morocco, Thailand, Australia.
What am I looking for? Honest, I don't know. I haven't found it yet. All I know for sure is I need to be with someone who loves to laugh. A lot. Prefer someone that also likes to adventure around and enjoy life in the world, not just through a screen.

I enjoy the outdoors and being active and would like to share each others interests with someone who would like to do the same. I prefer warm-weather activities although, I do like snow shoeing. I love warm spring and summer weather so I can be in shorts and t-shirts but, I don't mine dressing up for the occasion.
I like to BBQ'n year-round, going to River Cats games, movies, visiting and playing with the grandkids. I love taking day trips to the beach and the hills for a picnic and walks. Also, I like to take 2-4 day trips out of town either by car or flying to a destination. During the week, I try to take care of the home chores such as, the lawn and yard work, wash the car so the weekends can be free to have some fun and enjoy life.

Now that my boys are grown I'm looking to have all those experiences and adventures that I couldn't find time for when my focus was work, dinner, laundry, homework, and sports - if you've ever been a single parent you know what I'm talking about. I'm having so much fun with friends and family, but I'm at a place now that I'd really like to find a special person to share my new adventures with and maybe introduce me to a few things. With my kids grown, I now feel I can sufficiently give my time and energy to a relationship rather than little league.
