Date a soulmate from California, United States. Since you're reading this, I'm guessing you have a tad interest in getting know me, or maybe more?? So let's see... where to begin?
Well I currently reside in Los Angeles for starters. I'm a musician and music is my voice apart from... my voice haha. My friends would typically call me funny. I like to go around adventuring, looking at new things, enjoying the landscape, so i'm that kinda guy. A few bursts of adrenaline is cool too. I try to look at things optimistically. I'm protective over my friends and family. I am a strong believer in trust and respect. I respect individuals for who they are. Everyone is different and no one is perfect. You can say I'd like to tease too. I love my friends and family and want to be able to share my experience living on this world with someone special. My ideal match would be someone who is smart, understanding, more outgoing, a great conversation talker, and has a beautiful smile (along with other great qualities). I am always up to new options when it comes to doing new things with someone or simply having a relaxing night off on the couch with that special someone! Interested? Oh, and you can call me Will :]
Meet someone special from California, United States. I enjoy good music, playing hockey, eating healthy, being social, eating different types of cuisines, and many other things. Beyond the attraction level, my ideal mate would be someone intellectual, open minded and someone I can learn from. I'm open to pretty much anything. I am originally from Michigan. I own a real estate investment and brokerage firm here and in Michigan. I also manage a few actors so I keep pretty busy.

Date single man from Westwood, United States. Just got back from Japan! Had a ton of messages and winks, and I think I got back to them. If I missed you, sorry! Japan was awesome, can't wait to go back some day.
About me: I grew up in Central California and after college in Central California, decided to really spread my wings and move to Southern California for the jobs and to be close to my friends. I also like mild climates, long summers, always having something to do, and taco trucks. Having family roots here doesn't hurt either.
I work for an internet company, like a goofy version of YouTube (we existed before them, so take THAT Google). It's a good job and I get to have fun with it. The company's grown a ton since I started, which is also really cool. I also do some design work on the side which keeps the creative side of my brain from spazzing out and giving me weird dreams. I like writing. I got to work in the story phase of a big summer movie (Akira, if you know your anime) but it might never come out. That was a blast. I also have a website/blog that I run. I also just did some work for the creator of the Walking Dead.
When not working, I tend to spend my free time with friends—going out to dinner, hitting dive bars (or rooftop bars if the weather's nice), seeing a movie, or jamming a little karaoke (yeah, I'll rock that mic). I'm fortunate that not only do I have some of my closest friends from childhood pretty close by (Los Feliz, Torrance, Long Beach, etc), I've also had a couple jobs that allowed to me make friends that I basically consider my extended family.
I love heading to my hometown for a long weekend and hiking Big Sur or taking my niece and nephew to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (Ok, full disclosure, I practically drag them there, I love that place). So if you like Carmel/Monterey, bonus, right?
I'm looking for a smart, funny, cute girl that likes to go to movies, hang out with friends, occasionally get out of town, and wants to visit any or all of the following: Hawaii, Japan, Fiji, Italy, Germany, S. Africa, and/or Costa Rica. I've been too busy to travel much, but with the right travel partner I'd love to take off. Where should we go?
If you like laughing a lot, feeling safe, big hugs, geeking out, and making new friends, hit me up. Take a chance. I'm a good guy. Promise.
More fun facts:
-I don't wear Affliction Ts.
-I don't believe jeans should be bedazzled. In fact, I don't even think the back pockets of jeans should have flaps. There. I said it.
-I do not suffer from bed head. I look as exactly as awesome when I wake up as I do the rest of the day. (Possible con.)
-Although Match will tell you that we share a love of weights/swimming/baseball, these are just things I do. I don't think we can build a lasting relationship off of lifting weights. Although I may be wrong about that.
-I feel like singing almost all the time. I don't know if that's good or bad. I do not have the voice of an angel, but whether you want me to or not, I will be singing to you at some point.
-I click around Match profiles on my phone when I'm bored. I can't be the only person that does this.
-I want to fall in love with my best friend. Wait, that didn't come out right.
Meet a man from California, United States. Happy Summer Matching my little kittens. So this is the 'job interview' part where I wow you with my way with words and spelling abilities. I can imagine how impressed you are so far. For the "matching' part I'd love to find someone who is open, fun and outgoing. A lot of people say they are these things but alas are not. I am very outgoing...going to see live music (Largo!) and comedy (UCB!). I love trying new restaurants and eateries. Anywhere fun with good company. I would enjoy having a partner to work out with, bike, run on the beach. I train for triathlons so I am always on the go and ready to grab a willing partner for a run or bike ride or a massage or a hearty meal.
After being on Match for a while I have heard stories from you ladies about the guys out there. Wow, I am sorry you have to go through that. There are a lot of douches out there! ha While I can't promise a 'love connection' I can promise I won't be one of your date horror stories. I'm very easy going, chill and not into drama/ games. Unless it involves Shot Checkers, Slip N Slide or Jenga. Slip N Jenga would be a great game but I am afraid of splinters. Attractiveness is welcome but coolness is hotter. I'm close to my family back in WI and my family of friends out here. Hopefully you are happy, sane and filled with loving people as well.
I grew up in Wisconsin, in a beautiful little town surrounded by 22 lakes. The summers are filled with boating, skiing, and floating on crystal-clear spring fed waters. The winters are filled with trying to stay warm till the next Packer game. Thus, I am a solid Midwestern boy, but I still love to shoplift at the Grove. Would you care for a new scarf? The Gap has the lightest security.
Date men and women from California, United States. Married for 16 years, wasn't planning on dating again, but things happen. My girls are my world and make them part of my everyday life. I'm looking for a life long friend, someone who is happy with what they have not what they don't have. I am thankfull to God everyday for how good I have it, sometimes I even fell quilty for how lucky I am. I have a good job, two beautiful children, nice place to live, and plenty of free time. Was able to coach my daughter's softball team this year, now they want me to be president of the Little League next year. (Maybe). What I want from a relationship is first to be appreciated. Someone who is not materialistic, nice to have things but not be consummed by them. Someone who is honest. Someone who is looking for one person to be with forever. (Not saying that is going to happen, but that is what I would want someone to want). Christmas is my favoirte time of year, love all the Christmas movies and music. I don't like to watch sports, rather be out playing them. Don't have too many close friends that I hang out with, all my buddy's from high school live in the bay. My family our my friends, my Uncle who is only 10 years older than me I would consider my best friend. I know relationships are hard, but if two people realize they are on the same team and not work against each other than there is a chance. Things I have learned from my relationships one, try to put yourself in the other persons shoes, remember you are on the same team, walk away when things get heated, remember the other persons needs, take care of small problems before theyt become big problems. Hope to hear from you.
Meet men and women from California, United States. I like to look at the bright side of each day and then share it with others. Life is short, so let’s make this world a better place for ALL of us.
I enjoy my job as a film editor, and at the same time, I pursue my dream of writing and directing my own films. In my spare time, I draw, paint and cook different recipes. After taking a knife skills class, I am finally beginning to cut things properly ? One of my favorite realizations has been that cooking is both meditational and artistic.
Since work takes up a lot of my time, I grab every opportunity to spend time with my friends and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. I believe that people are more important that material goods, which is not a common belief in west LA, so I hope you share my view. ?
I am looking forward to starting a mutually respectful, caring and loving long-term relationship, which has the potential for marriage down the line. Faithfulness, loyalty, trust and sharing are important to me and I would like to meet someone who share these values. I would be the first one to admit that I am not perfect, and I do not expect a “perfect woman,” just a woman who is right for me.
If you think we maybe compatible, feel free to drop me a line.
Thank you for reading. Namaste.
Date single man from California, United States. Dear candidate,
I am very much under the assumption that we are all using different wording while writing the same 200 word essays, not being redundant is next to impossible but I will give it a shot.
I moved to LA about three years ago but I consider LA very much like home, I guess it is the weather the ocean and the traffic... that does the trick.
I am an ambitious (and surprisingly laid-back), creative, independent and very liberal person with great a sense of humor (occasionally blamed for sarcasm), who is on a constant journey to learn, grow and develop.
I always try to find the right balance between the real important things in life, and will always make the time for the people who matter and the things that count
Wish list; communication, love, mutual respect, stability, trust and true friendship. Sound simple but not always easy to come by…
With that, dear candidate (we are all candidates here, aren’t we?), drop a line so we can make it happen.
Meet a soulmate from Westwood, United States. Overall I’m looking for an adventurous, athletic yet easygoing best friend. I enjoying going out to dinner with friends but wouldn’t consider myself a night owl…more of a day owl if one exists. Love the beach and water and have lived near both for the majority of my life (New Orleans, Grand Cayman, Miami and now L.A.). Love playing beach volleyball, surfing (although I’m just learning), hiking, scuba diving, running, cycling, snow boarding and seeing the world.
I’m extremely content with my life at this point: LOVE my family…I have two really amazing parents who just celebrated their 43rd anniversary, a great sister and brother-in-law who recently gave me a highly energetic nephew and a niece. And I happen to have a pretty kickass godson. Moved to L.A. a year ago to take a new job in Beverly Hills and absolutely love living here…wish I would have moved sooner! I love the company, the group of people I work with, peanut butter and Beverly Hills believe it or not (always excitement or drama in that town). While I love my job, I equally enjoy my time away from work. Love traveling and usually tying it in with some type of activity: scuba diving, golfing, hiking, eating peanut butter, snow boarding or just relaxing on the beach and doing nothing.
I would describe my personality as easygoing, yet extremely focused (when I have specific goals), witty and goofy, kindhearted, generous, patient, loyal, honest and overall very content. I’m not looking for someone to make me happy and I’m not looking to create anyone else’s happiness…just looking for a best friend to share my happiness with and to create more together and perhaps share a PB&J with.
For Fun: Pretty much anything outdoors but also go through some periods where I just need to do nothing but decompress. Stay in for the whole weekend, perhaps watch an entire season of Dexter and order a pizza. I love the sun (not so much for getting a tan but just the way it puts everyone in a good mood) and water. Could spend a whole day on a boat doing absolutely nothing and be perfectly happy. Big fan of live music as well. Saw Florence and the Machine at The Greek this past summer and was blown away with that setting.
Favorite Things: Sushi, In-N-Out Burger (only if it’s Animal Style), peanut butter, great music, a good book, magazines (I’m very weird about magazines…have loads of subscriptions…not sure what the deal is…just like em), a good movie (preferably at home on the sofa or in bed as opposed to the theater), Nutter Butters,, Capin' Crunch, peanut butter and other stuff I mentioned above.
Last Read: I read a lot of stuff on health, fitness and nutrition but that doesn’t mean I won’t go into In-N-Out and scarf down two Double-Doubles, Animal Style with extra sauce & onions with an order of fries (Animal Style of course). I love to be healthy and take care of myself, but there’s a time and place for everything…especially In-N-Out. And peanut butter Oh yeah, back to books. Just read Dry by Augesten Burroughs…absolutely hilarious. Love David Sedaris as well as James Frey.
Date people from Westwood, United States. Someone who gets me and I get her. I don't know what the ideal is. I'd like you to learn more about me over drinks or coffee than trying to decipher an essay, it's just too one dimensional. I'm originally from the East Coast and came to Los Angeles for work. I miss certain things about the east: Pizza, bagels and Chinese food, but love the Southern California weather. After school in Boston, do you blame me?
I work long hours and don't always have the luxury of meeting people. I don't want to waste anyone's time. I'm on here to meet someone, I'm not looking to play games.
All my picture are recent. Sorry there aren't more, but I'm the one usually taking the pictures.
People tell me I am funny and should do stand up. I write comedy, but I think that's as far as I'll take it. I will definitely make you laugh, this you can take me at my word.
I'm easy going but know what I want in life. I'd like you to know what you want too. Maybe we can navigate there together.
I love to cook and want to find someone I can cook for or who can cook with me. I promise you will enjoy what we eat. And if you don't cook, I don't care I'll do it for us. Just uncork the wine and let it breath while I finish in the kitchen.
You're out there. It just may take goggles, (google if you use the internet), a shovel and a pick-axe to find you. And I will make you laugh-- I love humor and enjoy laughing.
So why not take a chance. I'm willing to put it all out there.
I recently joined because I want to meet someone who shares my interests and wants to get to know more about me as much as I want to learn more about her.
It would be nice to find my best friend.
Meet someone special from California, United States. I was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, but have lived in L.A. for several years. I'm easy going by nature and think my best quality is a strong loyalty to family and friends. I'm an animal lover and I rescued two remarkable dogs... In my free time I read, travel, cook, dine with friends, work out and also work as a staff instructor for a L.A. County Sheriff Department program that helps at-risk youth in South Los Angeles... Very rewarding!
Reliable, honest, generous, great dental hygiene, funny, loyal charitable and kind are just a few of the adjectives I feel begin to describe me... A sense of humor is very important. Much more to say, so if you want the complete bio, I'd love to hear from you...
