great passion in life. What a buzz it is to be doing a portrait and have it come alive. I have been an accountant and general contractor which i still am occasionally. I plan to sell real estate in my next life. Camping is important in my life.and painting the landscapes is beyond good. My spiritual life is a large part of me and I consider myself a Buddhist Christian. I am a Vet and I am a
friend of Bill as quit drinking a long time ago but I am ok to be around it. I joke all the time but with
a straight face and I'm not always understood. Oh well! I like travel and do a lot of photography.
My last trip, I was on the road for a month and shot over 3000 winter shots. I have a sailboat but still have some work to finish on it. Should be ready this summer. I believe in the sanctity of us, that each and everyone of us is unique and precious in all the world and that the heart is more important than the brain and that love without trust and honesty cannot stand. During the past 71 years I have kept physically fit by going to the gym several times per week, bicycling, skiing, camping, and taking long walks along the beach and the hills. I truly enjoy living in Southern California as it allows me to do more things in one day than any place in the world. I have traveled extensively in the States and overseas, lived in the Orient, Australia and Canada. I went to London and Spain in 2001, Rome and China in 2002, Spain, Paris,Portugal, France; and Hawaii in 2003. Visited Sicily 2004; Hong Kong during 2004, London, Cancun and Canada in 2006. Machu Piccu and Galapagos Islands in 2007. Pureto Rico, France, Brussels, Luxembourg and Germany in 2009. in 2010 I visited Guatemala, Hawaii, NYC and Ireland. Went on Safari in August 2011, Amsterdam and Berlin.
Cooking and entertaining are some of the things I enjoy, designed my kitchen to permit everybody to congregate there. Enjoy talking and laughing with friends, or a special person, as we sip a glass of wine by the fireplace. In the background you would hear jazz or easy listening music playing. During these growing years I have been an architect, engineer, property manager and owned my own home building company. I just retired as a senior level administrator with a large school district in Orange County. I am one of those really forunate individuals who absolutely enjoyed his profession. I am looking for a positive upbeat lady who is honest, caring and has a strong sense of self and integrity. One who would become a best friend and lover. A woman who enjoys sharing times with friends, and those more intimate moments when we are alone and just talk and touch (I really enjoy looking into a woman's eyes while we are talking and having wine). A woman who enjoys reading the Sunday LA Times, comics and discussing current events. She likes to keep herself physically fit and is slim or average physically.
