I am looking for someone who will stop and appreciate a beautiful moon, someone who loves to cook, and who loves me enough to eat my cooking. The one i love is the first person i want to see each day, and the last thing i think about before i go to sleep, and all I could hope for is that he feel the same.

. My insight on life is pretty simple - it's way too short and way too precious to take everything so seriously. Granted, there's a time and a place for seriousness. However, when it comes to meeting people and meeting "the one", I would rather have the majority of first conversations consisting of a million laughs then a million and one serious and boring topics (i.e. what's your favorite color, where did you grow up, etc.) Of course these are necessary questions to ask when meeting someone, but I feel those can come after both parties get the feel for being comfortable and relaxed around each other.
I speak sarcasm fluently but am able to turn it off when necessary. I was raised by two amazing parents who surrounded me with love and support my entire life and to this day, though divorced, still do this. They taught me the importance of respecting myself and others. Sooo with that said - no, I'm not easy and no you will not change my mind with your baby face. :)
I graduated from college with a Bachelor's in Literature and Writing Studies. Throughout the course of school, I always wanted to be an English teacher. However, in 2009 the year I graduated was the same year the economy tanked; therefore releasing millions of teachers in CA. Knowing that this profession was not the most stable of places to be in (even now) I decided to not go through with my credentials and just took the Bachelor's. Now, I work as a Corporate Executive Assistant for a consulting firm that works primarily with loss mitigation, loan processing, etc. in Irvine. I absolutely love it!
NOTE: I'm a very honest person because I value the same in return. With that said, and not that this is the end of the world but could be a deal-breaker for some, I will mention I have two pretty big tattoos. One takes up a big portion of my back to cover up a scar that runs from the top of my spin to my tailbone. This is from surgery I had when I was 13 for scoliosis (I have rods and screws in my spine to straighten two curvatures. Yes, this makes me THE bionic woman who unfortunately cannot make security areas at airports beep :)) The other is a fairly big scripture on the top of my left foot for 1 Cor 13:8 - Love never ends. I know for some tattoos are considered trashy, unclassy, and not very woman-like - I respect that, though I believe I possess none of those attributes. But I'm in love with mine because they represent something that makes up ME. So if these may be something you could not deal with, I'm sorry and good luck finding your match!

. I tend to be a pretty easy going person. I love to get dressed up and go out but I am just as content staying in. I'm not much too into the party/club scene, but not opposed to going for drinks or dancing sometimes. I'd like to think that I'm not high maintenance, but I do like to take care of myself. I was born and raised in California, same town all my life, but really am a country girl at heart. Never been hunting or fishing, but I'd love to go sometime! I absolutely love to be outside-- gardening, swimming, BBQing, walking my puppy, river rafting-- whatever gets me out when the weather is nice. I'm usually a "glass half full" kinda girl. I try to stay positive and remember the things i do have, instead of complaining about what i could have/don't have.
I am very close with my family-- I love spending time with them whenever I can. They've taught me so much-- including how to use manners and proper grammar (which seems to be lacking in a lot of people these days lol) Laughing and making others laugh/smile is probably one of my favorite things in the world-- I'm a little quirky and can be goofy at times. Another thing at the top of that list would have to be music.I sing in a band, and couldn't imagine music not being a part of my life. i love all kinds of music from the Rat Pack to country to hard rock and back again. I may seem a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly &usually get along with most people. I'm a hard worker and take any job/project i commit to very seriously. I don't expect to be treated like a princess, but I absolutely do believe in that fairytale kind of love.
