Date someone special from California, United States. I'm pretty skeptical about meeting someone this way BUT I'm all about trying new things so why not? First off, if you're looking for a hookup/one night stand/fling I'm definitely not the girl for you... I'm a relationship person, sorry!... except I'm not really sorry, because I'm just being myself :-) I've dated some really nice guys, I just haven't met that special one yet... My friends say I'm serious and a little shy at first, but a lot of fun once you get to know me. I love to laugh and try new things, but am just as happy being a bit of a homebody - watching a movie at home with the dogs is sometimes just as much fun to me as going out!
I don't have a type of man I normally date, but definitely need someone who enjoys an active lifestyle because fitness and nutrition are very important to me. That being said, after a nice long run/bike/swim/hike/whatevs, I still love trying new restaurants or food, hitting up a happy hour, or baking desserts (and I'm not going to lie, I might not be the best at cooking but I make the BEST desserts, all thanks to my wonderful mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma... they taught me well!!).
Ok, so here are some of my favs - and hopefully some of yours too: running, swimming, long walks with my dogs, the Patriots (haters gonna hate!), the Spurs, insanely bad horror movies, mindless celebrity gossip, delicious beer (would love to learn how to brew my own!), baking, and people who can make me laugh.
Now, some of my not so favs: smoking (bleh!), dislike of sports (what date could possibly be better than a football/baseball/basketball/whatevs game complete with hot dogs and cheap beer???), cats (I don't dislike them but I am allergic), rude and/or fake people, and men who are full of themselves... especially if they put others down to make themselves feel more special. So not cool.
Aaaaaand that's already probably way more about me than you wanted to know... to sum up, just be yourself and if you're sweet, sensitive, and caring then maybe we're a good fit! I would love to find out :-)
