Meet someone special from Carlsbad, United States. I consider myself to be a compassionate, laid-back, motivated, and fun loving person. The majority of my life was spent in southern California as I grew up in San Diego, went to school in Los Angeles, and worked in Orange County... but I am a northern California transplant now as a result of my job. I recently moved to the Bay Area and I am looking to get out and explore more that this wonderful area has to offer! I work as an engineer for an environmental management firm and truly enjoy my job and the opportunity it provides me to positively impact the environment of our surrounding community.
When I am not at work, I typically spend most of my time with my friends and family and like to keep busy to make the most of this time, although I do enjoy the occasional relaxing day or night at home. I prefer to be outdoors and I love various activities like hiking, camping, kayaking, going to the beach, exploring new areas, trying new foods and restaurants, playing sports, and giving any new adventure a shot. This summer, I would like to learn to surf and I want to try paddle boarding - it is kind of embarrassing to be from southern California and still not know how to surf.
I grew up playing sports (primarily soccer) and I am a pretty big sports fan and always enjoying going to any sort of game or match. I especially love my San Diego Chargers so let's hope there is an NFL season this year. I am passionate about traveling and learning about different areas and cultures, although I hope to be able to travel more. I have been to Australia, England, Canada, parts of Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. I hope to get the opportunity to visit various locations throughout the US including Tennessee, Chicago, and Oregon and internationally the list is endless but just to name a few, I would love to go to Costa Rica, Spain, Thailand, Italy, New Zealand, and Greece.
