Being family-oriented is always a plus though I do understand families all function differently. I have a very big family, and have an amazing relationship with each. Growing up in such a large family has definitely influenced the person that I am today.
My passion is to support and encourage creativity and imagination to young children who has become a product of "life's" race to be at the top. It doesn't matter what topic... as long as I can keep curiosity and exploration alive, and help parents realize that's okay at such a young age, I'm happy. I'm a crazy fan of TED Talks. watch Sir Ken Robinson: do schools kill creativity. He's one of the many people that inspires me.

I'm a small town girl who grew up on a farm and always dreamed of living "life" in the big city. As soon as I turned 18 and college arrived, I left as quickly as I could. However, don't let the looks fool you just because 'nails done, hair done, everything did.' Growing up in the country, my dad and brothers made sure this girl can survive on her own. That's right, the three essentials of Survival 101: knowing how to change a flat tire, shoot a gun and build a fire. Although despite their best efforts, I'll be the first one to admit, I still throw like a girl.
I enjoy going out which means dancing is a MUST at some point of the night. At the same time, staying in is always a good alternative, whether its watching a movie, reading a book or my favorite, catching up on sleep! I'm always up to do anything that has to do with the outdoors and hiking is a must in my book from the start of Spring to end of Summer. Like most working professionals, my schedule on the weekdays is pretty routine with work consuming most of my time. My weekends tend to be more open and spontaneous. I'm grounded, laid-back, open-minded, and a humble person but definitely not afraid to be the life of the party. I love humor, ambition, and drive but most importantly, a good attitude and outlook on life!
