I have a very good life; I'm outrageously healthy, a bit eccentric, very content and having the time of my life. I'd just like to add: I'm a writer, designer, artist and a darn good cook. Creating original recipes is just one of my favorite creative things to do. I enjoy and draw inspiration from the arts, music, culture, communing with nature, relationships with happy, creative and loving friends. I practice Tai Chi, and meditation. .
