My son, the youngest of 4, recently graduated college and has a good start to his engineering career. He is a big help to all of us.
I love NATURE
I like to work in my yard. I have an herb garden just outside my kitchen door for picking sprigs of "parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme" . Every spring I grow a vegetable garden. I like to wander through Lowes and OSH and Armstrong's Nursery for plants for the yard or supplies for the house. I love to walk through botanical gardens, especially Descanso Gardens in La Canada, and The Huntington to see what I might duplicate at home.
I love to do road trips up the coast. There are many seaside spots I'd like to linger. Seaside restaurants are fun. Seaside cottages where you can hear the waves breaking are wonderful.
I like movies in the theater with popcorn or Netflix at home with ice cream.
I learned how to cook by watching my Italian mother-in-law, so I am familiar with Italian foods. I grew up on meat and potatoes. I don't prefer exotic or ethnic cuisine. My kids made me try sushi-it's.... ok. But, you can't beat a bbq T-Bone Steak. We like to bbq. The preparation is shared by all and enjoyed by all.
I'd like to travel, see more of California, the Good ol' USA, also England, France, Italy and Norway
Enough about me, I'd like to describe my perfect match.
I would like to find a man who is kind, gentle and easy to talk to. One who treats me with respect and dignity. I am honest and faithful and I would expect the same from my partner.
