One of my hobbies is photography I love taking photos and I always have my camera with me. I will at least try most things and try different foods and I can say I enjoy cooking and baking. I have been able to participate in a few outdoor activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Parasailing, and enjoyed it.
I have wanted to try snow skiing but never had the opportunity as of yet Maybe someday. Love going to the coast walking on the beach picking up sea shells, making sand castles, going to San Francisco for the weekend and watch local musician perform and I do drop money in the bucket. I believe good things you do will always come back to you and I believe that with all my heart. Time after time God has blessed me all through my life. My parents taught me at a young age to always give to those in need, Giving is rewarding and when you give to someone without their knowledge of who it's from and see their face light up you know you did the right thing. I guess the only thing I might say people might think that I may be a little extreme is that I LOVE SHOES….LOL just a little thing I like to spoil myself with and don't mind a bit if someone enjoys spoiling me :) I'm sure we can find something to spoil each other with.
Still a kid at heart so I do enjoy going to the theme parks, Las Vegas, I'm not a gambler but enjoy going to the shows or the club to dance. Ok MEN this woman enjoys sports too going to Football games or watching it on TV sitting by someone I want to keep company with, basketball I rather go to a game for this sport, hockey is the same rather be there to watch itРІР‚в„ўs so exciting, baseball I can watch it on TV but really love going to the games eating Garlic Fries. I have had many Super bowl Parties and I make sure my guest have a great time as well. Spending time with my family is very important to me which I love spending time with my grand children I only have two and they are both girls
I have been on match.com before in Sept 2011 and thought I meet that special someone. But honesty is the best policy even if you think that person might not continue to move forward with the friendship. I feel what you post on your profile should be the truth and updated photos because one day you will eventually meet that person that you may be communicating with and it's a disappointment when you find out they are not the age they say they are or when they say I work out every day. Obviously it going to show wither you do or not. Some things can be over looked no one is perfect but just be honest that all I ask. Meet someone special from United States. I have not been on here for some time, so added some newer pics. I thought I should edit some of my verbage as well, but it still looks pretty accurate for the most part. I come on this site about once every two years or so, and then leave again. I decided that I should give it more of a chance this time rather than only 30 days. Perhaps it might take a bit longer than that to find the right one . . .
I am not sure about using the internet to find someone, but I DO know that the alternative of waiting at home for a wonderful person to magically appear on my doorstep is less likely to locate a good match. I have been single for 8 years, and am happy being so, although at times a bit lonely. I enjoy making music, reading, writing, traveling, road-trips . . . many things.
Here goes: I am looking for someone that I feel comfortable with, and that enjoys the some of the same things that I do.
An ideal person for me would:
1) Be single and unattached
2) Be educated
3) Love music
4) Feel very comfortable around teenagers
5) Be fairly liberal, open-minded, and positive
6) Be a good communicator
7) Be in fairly good shape, but not awesomely great shape (so as not to be too disapproving of my slightly less than perfect body!)
8) Be financially independent (I take care of myself, but don't need to take on someone else)
9) Like dogs
10) Drink only very occasionally, and then in moderation
I'm really not interested in riding motorcycles, fishing, or hunting - I much prefer a walking trip to a used (or new) book store, or to people watch at an outdoor cafe with great coffee. Especially if there is live music. I enjoy the symphony, stimulating conversation, and having my ideas challenged.
I think that we learn through our mistakes, and rather than dwelling on the negative aspects of stupid things we have done, or have had done to us, we should take those things and try to learn from them in a positive way. I know I have had many blunders in my lifetime, but I don't regret them - they are what make me the person I am now, and I believe I am better because of them. I hope to meet someone with a similar outlook - not someone who is perfect, or who has never done something they wished they hadn't, but one who can use those life experiences to create a better place around themselves and others.
