I grew up 45 minutes outside of Chicago and left for California when I was 22. I've worked in all aspects of the Wine Industry for the past 25 years, owned 2 businesses and dabbled in the Fashion, Photography and Travel Industry.
I can smell the minerally soil when I enter Wine Country. I am not a wine geek. I do love a quality cocktail but also enjoy a drink at a dive bar. I am a former swimmer and volleyball player. But to be honest with you I haven't had a 5 day workout for years. I have been married to a man 5 years younger than me for over 20 years.
