I've learned to not stress and have changed my lifestyle in a permanent way which has caused me to lose 35 lbs in the last year and I will drop another 30 this year. Then I'll be back to my ideal weight. (Looking forward to posting those images.) I'm in excellent physical health which continues to improve.
