As for myself, I’m a naturally curious guy with diverse interests, and am content hiking in the outdoors in the afternoon and then dressing up for the opera. Rainy days cuddled up under a blanket watching movies are just fine with me as well. My biggest joy right now is sailing, largely because of the sense of freedom and peace it gives me – a nice change from my tech career. My job doesn’t define me – life is far too short to be spent in an office – it needs to be enjoyed and experienced. In my eyes, life isn’t about how much stuff you collect along the way, it’s the experiences you have, the friends that you make, and hopefully the joys that can be shared with a great woman.
Some of my other interests include snowboarding, baseball (go Giants!), ancient history, travelling, movies, the outdoors, foodie events like Off The Grid, and more. In the past I’ve done a lot of camping, took guitar lessons, and was into indoor rock climbing, all things I enjoyed. In my free time I also help a SF-based non-profit that serves at-risk and disadvantaged youth in the community. Bar-hopping into the wee hours is not interesting to me, although I do really enjoy exploring new restaurants and bars with friends where we can chill, talk and have some laughs. Family is also really important to me, and I travel to be with them every Christmas.

I enjoy participating in triathlons, running and competing in open water swim events (think Alcatraz), riding my bike, a great game of Scrabble over coffee, going to the theatre or a movie, and cheering for my favorite teams when they're in town.
While chemistry is always important, I also believe that in addition to there being that certain spark, my match shares certain qualities with me. Raising my beautiful daughters, enjoying my job, planning my next steps in my career and trying to enjoy the simple and fine pleasures in life! I share 50/50 custody with flexibility for travelling...so when i'm with my daughters, I focus on being the best mom I can be, making sure I am helping them to develop into the best person they can be, traveling, cooking, reading, playing, and just being..but when I don't have them, I focus on being a fun adult enjoying all that life has to offer, traveling, friends, delicious restaurants, relaxing, being with friends, working, figuring out what the next property I want to buy, what I want to do next, etc.
