Snowshoe or crosscountry skiing is prefered over downhill. No lines, crowds, and the destinations are endless. The rest of the universe is off when I am, but when enticed, I'll take a day off and go midweek.
I try to lessen my impact on the Earth and have made changes to become a more aware consumer. I also teach this to my students so they can grow up to be better consumers, too.
