Date single man from Pacific Beach, United States. Hi, Don't let the username fool you. I am not the average PB guy. I've got my stuff together, know where I think I'm going in life and am looking for someone to join me in the adventure. Hopefully you'll be intrigued by what you see here.
A couple quick things about me.
- I'm driven and competitive in almost everything I do.
- I have a quick wit and a sense of humor that ranges from puns to scatological humor to sarcasm.
- I prefer dive bars to dance clubs, but am the life of the dance floor at weddings.
- I never take myself too seriously, but have a plan for the next 20 years of my life.
- Travelling is one of my passions both in the US and around the world.
- I am working on biking the California coast a few miles at a time and just signed up for my first Century ride.
- I'm looking for a woman that has her own life, but isn't so busy that it takes two weeks of planning to schedule a date.
I realized the other day that part of the reason I am on Match.com instead of looking for a relationship in a bar is that I am not into self promotion. Don't get me wrong, I've got a great life but somethings missing; someone to share it with.
I asked one of my good friends to type up a few lines about me. Here it goes:
"Aaron is one of those people you want around all the time.....he always adds something fun to the party, meaningful to the intellectual conversation or motivational to the "tough time." He's the guy you want with you during the countdown on New Year's Eve and the guy you want with you when your car breaks down on the deserted road.....he will get you out of the situation and having you laughing through it all. I admire him and how he capitalizes on life, accepts people for who they are and has cut out a path for himself in life that most men aspire to walk. He's an Eagle Scout and a hasher (look up hashing if you don't know what it is). He can take you sailing, hiking, biking...or enjoy a lazy day on a blanket at the beach or at a park. He's looking for a cool girl who's into taking in life, talking, laughing and challenging Aaron to be even awesomer than he already is. "

Meet a man from Pacific Beach, United States. I love life and everything I experience each day; I'll sleep when I die. I'm super active, and I rarely sit. I'm dedicated to my career, but I definitely identify myself by my interests outside of work. My family is very important to me, but since they're on the other side of the country I have adopted a very close group of incredible friends.
I've recently become hooked on training for triathalons. There's something addicting about setting goals, pushing the limits of your body, and gaining support from the people you train with. Music also drives me, and concerts are almost a weekly activity. I should've been a musician, but I can barely keep a beat on the drums. Oh well; I can still sing along to my favorites: Ghostland Observatory, Silversun Pickups, Cut Copy, Hot Chip, Metric, The Sounds, Kid Cudi, Chiddy Bang, Avicii, and Calvin Harris just to name a few.
I want to find a girl with the same drive and love for life. I miss the excitement of having a girlfriend, and I am looking for one that can keep up with my lifestyle. She needs to hold similar values as me. Girls that aren't afraid to get crazy and act goofy are very attractive; laughing is my favorite. Honesty, trustworthy, and confidence are positive characteristics.
