I enjoy to travel, though I have not had much opportunity (and am too chicken to go alone) I would like to meet someone who is also up for seeing the sites and being new places. I have a bit of a soft spot for historical places and beautiful sites.

I enjoy bowling, pool, movies and outdoor activities. Roller-coasters and amusement parks are a nice get away. And I have always wanted to go skydiving. I do have a tattoo, although its on my upper arm so I can cover it at work.

If: If you and I hadn't met here we'd have most likely meet in Trader Joe's, maybe REI or while I was getting out of the water after a sunset surf session and you were finishing your run along the beach. There's a strong possibility we may have met while backpacking in Eastern Sierras or Yosemite. We might have bumped into each other at the gym or our local coffee shop. It would most likely have been after seeing each other a few times then just happening to sit next to each other. But, we didn't, and I'm ok with that too.
About her: She’s smart but not pretentious. When she smiles it’s infectious. Her friends are protective of her because they know how special she is. She’s extremely loving and loyal to the people in her life. She has a strong moral foundation and is somehow involved with bettering the lives of people while genuinely caring about the wellbeing of people. Traveling is something she enjoys. She’s not too high maintenance and is passionate about her beliefs. She’s open minded and generally pretty intuitive when it comes to her own emotions and the emotions of others. Did I mention she’s smart? I’ll do it again since I find it so attractive. She's also a strong minded person, but with me, she's delicate and open. She does what I do poorly well, and makes me feel like she’s never loved anyone else.
Ultimately online dating is different than meeting in “real life" for many reasons and we should adjust our dating expectations accordingly. I’m not expecting we meet and fall in love right away, but I expect to build towards something long-term. With that said, I’m not here to casually date. Our life/ time is valuable, and it’s important to fill it with someone there's a real chance of there being a connection I don't want to part with.
At this point, I know what I want, I know how to keep it and I know how to have a great relationship. I feel like I have a lot to offer and I'm looking for someone who feels the same. So really, there's no reason for either of us to settle.
