To be fair, I suppose my profile here should be equally as intense as it is light-hearted, because that's a true reflection of who I am. When I'm into something, its a deep study, where I seek to know all I can. If it's someone I'm really into, I'm not bombastic at all. I don't seek the next flavor in my life as a form of amusement or believe in disposable people. We've all been on the receiving end of that and fine, I'll be the one so say it––it's cruel. It's reasonable that to find the man I can truly love, there's bound to be a few that fall by the wayside. Some that are set aside because we've not got the potential together to be sensational, but that can be done with compassion. For it to work, there has to be a great intellectual parallel, a sense of a spiritual path and a hell of a lot of mojo. In the process of experiencing that, it's got to be fun, too. So more about fun and just how we might choose to do that. Whether I am solo, with friends or with a lover, I'm going to concerts all the time. The Bowl, The Wiltern, The Greek are my playgrounds. There will be rock and roll! New music a la KCRW artists, too. I attend equally, if not more screenings. I'm a huge fan of classic films with my DVR is constantly capturing them for cosy nights at home.
Bodily, I'm a clean liver. I cook and eat exceptionally healthy for the sake of my health, vitality and youth. I'll chomp down a slider once in a while and even chase it with a marguerite, but truthfully, I'm not a big drinker at all. An occasional glass of wine and probably 2 or 3 over a long intimate dinner, but that's about it.
I'm a big time yoga enthusiast who is on the mat 2-3x a week. I love to hike the many trails of LA for the exercise and for the love of our fair city and its extraordinary vegetation. I'm a lover of plants, gardens, museums, theaters, restaurants, and just about any subject others consider esoteric. I like Blavatsky, Swami Rama, Yogananda for their wisdom and how they keep me convinced the glass is much more than half full. I believe in direct conversation with God and humbly co-create my life, equally bowing to my destiny and willfully molding my life to fulfill my passions and desires. Sorry, but although I have great concern about our government and economy, to be truthful, politics bore the hell out of me. I plug into a completely different reality than headline news and realize the stuff I fill my mind with is precisely what creates reality. It's a very conscious choice on my part. Information informs me, but its my intuition at the helm of my decisions. I'm generous, open, and very forthcoming. I've been supportive of my partners in every way I can and been fortunate to be very close to some extraordinary people in my life. I can talk it through if there's a problem and usually come up with a creative solution that's a win-win. I don't give up easily. The most common comments I hear from people are that I am incredibly tenacious and that I look very much like one particular celebrity, who will go nameless here.

I grew up in Connecticut and I'm told that I still have a lot of that "east coast thing" in me. I would agree even though I'm not sure what "it" is. Maybe having good manners? Sending thank you notes? I am equal parts nester/explorer - (movie marathons at good hotels!)

A little about myself...born in Cali, raised on Maui, spent most of my years in Austin Texas, which is what I call home, and now I am back to Cali...Lets start with growing up on Maui with a hippie mother in the 70's. Life was full of love, adventure, standing on my own two feet at a very young age, hippies that lost their minds -who knows where, exploring Maui, spirituality, and enjoying life. A very unconventional lifestyle, but somehow I survived :) (P.S. that is the PG version) Years later I ended up in Austin Texas...working in the music business on tour across America and Canada doing production. Not sure how I survived the "Road Life" either! :) I decided to leave that whirlwind lifestyle, and now I work for a Rock n Roll travel agency in LA. Normal hours... finally.. Shew!
I am totally goofy, silly, rambunctious, very playful, very nurturing, spiritual and really I love to wrestle. I love loud music, dance festivals, whiskey, exploring LA and nearby towns. (And far far away towns/countries too!) I ride bicycle quite a bit. In the last 3 months, I am up to about 70 miles a week. Here come legs! I make low-cut/hip-hugger tutus, costumes, adult barbies, and shoot sexy barbie...photography (confession: they are really naughty barbies). I have 3 published photographs...not sure how that happened. 2 of the pictures are on a special limited 45 album cover and one picture is on Page-A-Day Calendar of my kitty Bonsai. (he passed away) For many many years, I used to decorate the dressing rooms for major rock, pop, hip hop, metal and country bands...many stories behind that part of my life. I have seen it all, and sometimes right in the middle of it. Oh, and I do cuss sometimes too. P.S. I am not a hippie, but some may say I have -some- hippie tendencies.
