I am a CASA- a court appointed advocate for children in the foster care system. i raised four children who are productive, independent adults and now I enjoy helping a young man to navigate through the tough teen years.I actually get more out of our imteraction than he does. I spend about four days a months with him and try to give him all the activities that most middle class kids get to do. I try to be a good role model for him as he hasn't had a real man in his life before me.. His grades have gone from faling to a's and b's in most classes.I think he has a chance to survive and succeed in life.
I still work full time and enjoy it a great deal. I am a Realtor and Loan Broker- i help people and make money at it as well, what could be better?
I also exercise every other day at a nearby gym.
I also belong to a group call ed "good Times Roll Club" and we put on a show every 6 weeks for the folks in our community. We will never make it onto "American Idol" or "The Voice" but we sure have fun.I am one of the lead singers and also the Vice-President of our club. I do Buddy Holley and the Everly Brothers and a little Elvis pretty well.
Even with all the above, I have a void that needs to be filled. I have missed the company of a frequest companion for a few years now and really want to meet an independent, vibrant, non clingy woman who has her own life and family but also wants something a little more.
