I am a Grandfather and just became a Great Grandfather a year ago.....and I love it! I have been divorced a long time and I need to find a woman that I can spend the rest of my life with. I am easy to get along with, I don't pretend to be someone that I am not.... and I do not lie. I will be totally honest with anyone that I meet. I love the out doors, love to travel, good resturants. I drink only socially and I have never done drugs and will not be in company of anyone that does. I can grill well and my Red Enchiladas and Tacos are to die for. I am a family man and I love my 2 Sons and their wives, Grandkids and my lovely Baby Great Grand Daughter. I love animals and am a dog lover. I work well with my hands and will still get under the shade tree and work on a vehicle. I can do most house repairs myself and I work in my yard often. I treat people the way I expect to be treated. I have a Son living along the coast in Ventura County and they're expecting their first child soon so I visit them as often as I can. I enjoy visiting that area very much. I spend a lot of time with my Son and family here in town, and am always available to do Grandpa things that I enjoy very much. My Mother is in the Nursing Home here in town and I visit her as often as I can just to spend a little time with her. I enjoy helping other patients if I can. I have made some good friends there. My message to the ladies out there that think I may be a good prospect is, try me, I won't disappoint you. I Retired with a distinguished Military Career. I have good morals, high integity, respectability, honesty and of course.....loyalty! I am not a push over and I mean what I say. My years in the Military are full of fond memories as well as some that I only talk about with close friends or other ex-Pats. I have toured alot in this world, some good and some bad but I don't let it dominate my life. I live life to the fullest if I can.

Maintaining my health is my #1 priority. Without good health, all else is of little value. I've taken The Peak Potentials “Extreme Health” course and Pledge, and therefore strive to eat only healthy foods that will sustain me for longer periods, so that I WILL LIVE in Extreme Health to age 100 . I’ve found that when I follow Dr. D’Adamo’s “Right 4 your Type” blood type diet, my BP drops to normal with little if any Meds, and I feel great. I’m Type O. If you are also, that would make life all so much easier. I have also become involved with the GeneWize Life Science, Life Map Custom Nutritional system, for reducing the risk of diseases, improving my already good health, and possibly my bottom line as well.
My friends have said that I'm a mature, sensitive, "Special" gentleman. I'm looking for someone to share life's special moments and SOME common interests. Living alone is NOT living to ones fullest potential. Sharing is what “Living” is about. Sharing chores quarters the efforts, sharing pleasures quadruples the joys.
I was recently taught at Allison Armstrong’s UW workshop, and supported by Dr. John Gray in his Mars & Venus books, that the reason most people want for the GUY to be 6 to 12 inches taller than the GAL, is in our animalistic DNA, coming from millions of years in the cave man era. Realizing that we no longer live in caves, and are NOW more about human sprit; please consider that dancing cheek-to-cheek is far nicer than having your face in HIS chest and your hair tickling his face. Kissing without straining necks is also far more pleasant. We no longer NEED that HE be that bigger to stave off tigers. Since Honesty is also VERY IMPORTANT to me, I confess that I've shrunk and am now about 5'-2, seeking a petite non-smoking lady that likes to dance, especially swing & cheek-to-cheek. Hopefully, since you’ve read this far, you’ll consider that our cave man era needs are really of little importance in our lives today.
