I like to camp (RV and trailer) for the weekend or take day trips, especially to beach and lake areas like Aptos, Pismo, Lake Tahoe, Monterey and Carmel. I was born in Fresno, but grew up in the Santa Cruz County area, am self employed, have 3 grown kids living away from home and 4 grandchildren. My family and friends are a very important part of my life. I like animals and have always grown up around them. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat, but used to also have rabbits, chickens and horses when my kids were younger.
In my spare time, besides camping, I also like to watch baseball and movies on TV, go boating, fishing, hunting, walking the trails at the beach, go wine tasting, attend antique car and tractor shows and attend my grandkids sporting events (baseball, football, basketball etc...). I try to eat healthy and exercise a couple times a week. People would describe me as a hard working, honest, intelligent, laid back, overall good guy with a positive attitude. I'd like to meet a woman who is intelligent, honest, loyal, self confident with a good sense of humor and someone I can enjoy some of the same activities and interests with.
