Date men and women from Studio City, United States. You must admit, this is not easy, right? For who knows until we’re sitting next to each other if a lovely wildfire might ignite? Hopefully of course it will. And if it does...beyond that fire, we both want to get it right this time - at least I know I do. It goes without saying that chemistry comes first, but chemistry will get a couple only past the honeymoon phase, whether that is three months or three years. My goal is for this to last until the twelfth of never...and beyond.
So my hope is that you will want both a romantic match and a practical one - passion to the nth degree plus the truest of true loves; that is my idea, my ideal, and my overriding goal.
To me, deep, secure, joyful, ecstatic, adoring long-term happiness must also be found beyond the flickering fireplace, the snuggling on rainy nights, the transporting travel adventures...and beyond everything being deliriously wonderful in bed...which for a lady of mine is pretty much a given assuming there is a wild initial spark, since for me the lady's feelings and senses come first; if she enjoys herself, I will match her sigh for sigh. And the result will be magical for us both.
Now let's be honest, or let me be. On the passion side, I enjoy a lady who is not only attractive (sorry, a bit spoiled in this regard), but who sparkles and glows with or without makeup and heels, but who doesn't mind wearing them to the nines on a special night out, or on the occasional Saturday nite at home. (I accept that some of you will stop reading now; oh well.)
Also, I'd love a lady who knows her own body and how to enjoy it, and who truly likes men as a whole despite our many shortcomings. (Brothers are helpful in this regard.) This probably means you haven't been married to the same guy forever. Again, apologies, but hey - up front here, or trying to be.
On the long-term side, I do ask for all the basics everyone wants: honesty, responsibility, trust and a kind heart. I will be an equal partner financially both now and when I retire ($3,700/mo. lifetime take-home plus lifetime bennies). Sorry, I can't be anyone's sugar daddy. (Unless I sell a screenplay or novel - my main focus now, which won't begin to compare to my adoration for my future partner, who will be real as opposed to that secondary dream I will nevertheless enjoy chasing!)
Also I love classic and current (TOPNOTCH) movies - all genres; I have a DVD and blu-ray collection that is alphabetized and covers an entire wall. Many or most of these are unwatched, as I am waiting to share them with the girl of my dreams snuggling next to me as the story unfolds. So until then I will mostly read. And write. Hopefully if you love being with me, it will be due partly to our lively celebrations and discussions of films, authors, family and the wide, wide world! (See profile for details.)
A higher education in my partner would be nice too, but that said, I worked for my idol, David Lean, who never made it beyond high school. So basic smarts plus a true sense of cool could very well do it. And if you have a past, well...so do I.
Although my kids are not perfect, I do adore them; if you have children too, I'm hopeful you can relate. And will permit them to be a minor part of our life together; mine are very much on their own. Likewise, if you have kids I will embrace them assuming they will let me. And they probably will.

MAJOR! MAJOR! I’m a traditional girlie-girl with a very soft heart and an equally strong sense of self. And family. BUT I’m not the same old/same old and I don’t want you to be.
