I spend most days with lots of teenagers. I have an 19 year-old son who lives with me full time and capable of surviving on his own for days at a time. My two daughters, 17 and 15, visit me part time. Although they remain my primary focus, I am capable of a lot of passion for someone special.
I don’t usually use gasoline to get around. I either walk, ride my bike or drive my 100% electric car. The car is especially handy for international travel because I have free parking and charging right in front of the terminals at LAX. I have recently acquired a pickup truck from one of my brothers and am now capable of more spontaneous and longer trips.
I am human and do have a few shortcomings. Sometimes I think with my heart more than my head, and I’m not as good a cook as I’d like, but I’m making progress in both areas. Although I’m in my high school’s athletic hall of fame and competed Pac-8, I like a variety of music, but when I sing oldies in the car, my kids are less than appreciative. At least my sister says I’m the nicest of her three brothers. I’m outgoing, caring and easy-going according to my last psych evaluation, with a better than average sense of humor. And I don't need a phrase book or map when visiting Paris.
