Professionally I am a physician, researcher, lecturer and professor at a prominent university. I was raised by great parents, well educated, successful at most things, as well as having enjoyed the good fortune of friends, mentors, family and had many wonderful experiences and adventures. At this stage of my life I finally enjoy much freedom (good health, free time, few family demands, many opportunities and financial security). I love to travel and to pursue many diverse interests beyond medicine. I have seen much of the world and continue to have frequent opportunities for international travel as I lecture and consult worldwide and I have a second home in Italy.
Most consider me to be youthful, handsome, athletic, inquisitive, confident, independent, adventurous, responsible, passionate, insightful and energetic. Athletics has been a life long passion and is part of my daily routine (biking, kayaking, gym, swimming, snowboarding, triathelons, scuba, rollerblading, etc).
I also enjoy art, music and decorating, teaching, good food and diversity (people, cultures, foods, ideas). I try to live life to it’s full and would like to again share it with someone special. As a pediatrician I also enjoy kids, but doubt that I will have more. However, I am not every one's cup of tea.
