I am taking up golf again, after not playing for quite a while.
I like taking road trips to unexplored places in the West. Last year I took a 32 day solo road trip through the west, fishing and exploring every day. 9,700 miles, and I never used the radio.
I love to dance and dine out. I am also an excellent BBQist. (coals, no gas).
Jazz is my music of choice. Next, blues. my son is a DJ, he plays "house" electronica, It's hot. I appreciate good art, and have done a bit of sculpting myself, as you can see by one of my pics.
I am also a romantic. Giving is as good as receiving.
I have 2 kids. My son is 26, and my daughter is 21. They both live away.
I have been in the Navy, trained porpoises, been a Porsche mechanic, drove big rigs, owned a newspaper in Colorado, and owned a fly fishing store. I am currently a general contractor.
It would be nice to find someone to share some quality time with, and possible intimacy. Someone who is interested in the same things I am. Like everyone else says, I love the beach, (being an old surf bum from Santa Barbara County. I also am at ease around any H2O.
What I would like in a lady is Someone who likes "lookin' good" but doesn't mind Levis and a flannel shirt, or a little dirt under her nails. Liking the outdoors is a must.

One final note. I discontinued drinking, it was getting in my way. I'm fine in social situations, no big deal.
I am also in the process of quitting smoking cigars. That is why that box is not used.
