Full disclosure. I need to lose 10lbs. I had a knee injury and couldn't work out for a while. I'm 6'1" and 185 lbs. I've been the same weight since high school and all my life but right now I can't see my abs. I was running 5 miles every other day and swimming 2 miles every other day. So my goal is to get back to that level within 3 months. More swimming and weights, less running. I also have some grey hair around my temples and sides that you can't really see in pictures.
