It all started with a photography workshop in Paris 6 years ago. Experiencing such a beautiful city and its people through the lens of my camera was truly life-changing. I found myself drawn to capturing people and telling their stories through pictures. I also love to write and have had a few features published along with my photos. I'm now a full-time pro, absolutely love what I do, and have never looked back!
I like to take life one day at a time, using each new experience as an opportunity to learn and grow. I love a great adventure - like going on a hike and finding an unexpected, and amazingly beautiful view at the end; or exploring an exotic travel destination for the first time, not knowing who or what I will find there. I would describe myself as honest, giving, playful, creative, curious, easy to talk to, and someone who just wants to enjoy all that life has to offer.
I have one 13-year old daughter who amazes me everyday with the person she is becoming. She's played ice hockey since about the age of 7 on a mostly all-boys team and loves it. Needless to say, between her games and being big Sharks fans, we've spent a fair amount of time at the rink! She's also a black belt in karate. No girly-girl here!

I hail from Canada but hung up my snow shovel in the last millenium and have lived in the US over 14 years now, which is just a bit longer than the four year assignment I signed up for :). I have been fortunate to travel to several continents, but always look forward to coming home.
