I'm an honest, well-mannered ex-rocker who does what he wants. I'm passionate about my belief in God, my family and my music. I work as a recording engineer and music producer, both at a studio in LA and my own small production company, and spend most of my free time either working on my own compositions or producing other artists.
I played professional music for over 20 years, toured the world, survived three marriages/divorces, lost 2 children at birth or shortly after, rehabilitated myself after a life-altering back injury and am extremely proud of myself, having quit smoking over a month ago and still hanging on!!!
I live with my 17 year old daughter Tonisha. She is the most wonderful gift God has ever blessed me with and I love her completely. She is an amazing, talented, and gifted person and she is a huge part of my life. In all truth we should probably be considered a “package” deal.
I cherish honesty in all forms. I will not be around people who lie, are mean or don't care about people or the world around them.
The delight of my life is music. Along with my work as an engineer, I spend great amounts of time in my home project studio writing/recording music.
Second to honesty, humor is the most important thing in my world. I love sick, inappropriate humor and try to laugh with each breath.
I have the ability (although seldom used) to be quite articulate, intelligent, well-mannered and look great in a suit. However, the best times of my life are casual, hanging on the beach smelling like the ocean kind of days.
I am a gentleman, well-mannered and truly believe in treating all people in a Christian way . I am deeply spiritual, but you probably wouldn't know it until you got to know me. I feel things strongly but try not to let everyone in the world know about it.

Hi - thanks for taking the time to read this... wow... talk about awkward... this is where we modestly try to tell everyone how wonderful we are... lol. ok... here goes... I work in the legal field, I'm physically fit and exercise daily (but it's not my life). My friends describe me as sweet, giving, funny, intelligent, very passionate... about most everything in my life, and a little sassy (':laugh:')(but I'm sure they mean that in a good way! lol...). I'm very passionate about my children... and music, dancing, GOLF (I've recently taken up the sport -and I'm hooked already!), basketball (Go Lakers!) and friends and family. I also enjoy water-skiing, bike riding, skating, and bowling, and I absolutely adore FIREWORKS!!! I'm very active and involved with my family and friends - I attend an awesome Christian church! I love having people over to my house - just getting together, whether I'm cooking dinner (I LOVE to cook!)... or it's for a BBQ, or we are doing kareoke or playing games... or heading to the Lake - taking the boat out water-skiing/wake-boarding, taking off to Laughlin/Havasu, /vegas, getting silly and crazy with my girlfriends... or just kicking back visiting with friends. I'm generally always a happy person and love to laugh and smile.(':laugh:').
About what I'm looking for... I really don't have a laundry list of mandatory characteristics and I don't sweat the small stuff. But, I suppose if I was to make a list of preferences... it would be to meet someone who is kind and respectful, with a great sense of humor... someone who is generally more happy than unhappy... definitely not a player... someone with whom I share a genuine connection and wild chemistry... someone who is real, not too full of himself, and someone who is somewhat normal (whatever that is, lol...).

Make me laugh and I'm yours!! Whoever I meet will have to have a great sense of humor first and foremost, and enjoy being both intellectual sometimes as well as just plain goofy at other moments. I am an easy-going, fun, low-maintenance female who is also compassionate, lovable, kind, giving, and romantic. My interests include good conversation, spending time with friends, movies, reading, dining out, or just spending time at home with someone who is interesting and engaging. My biggest embarrassments are my love of "Austin Powers" and Farrely Brothers movies.
