I spend my spare time reading a great mystery novel by Dan Brown. Love to listen to music and find new ways around the area to have fun (local music festivals, Kings and River cats games-fun) Every Saturday I like to take a long run and its feels great every time. Its heaven to watch my two boys at competitive soccer -I play on an indoor team with my 15 year old-hilarious!!!

I'd describe myself as a bit of a tom boy. Crazy thing is- I Love to dress up and wear high heels with a fun dress - but also like to be casual sometimes and hang out in jeans and a T-Shirt . Update! One of my closest oldest friends actually signed me up and did my profile, w/out my consent knowledge, several months ago...!! She didn't tell me about it directly...but was hinting around and asking what I thought were rather unusual questions at the time...;-). A few weeks later, a male co-worker mentioned that they had seen my profile online - which I still was unaware of- and I laughed it off, telling him it must have been my long lost twin, but that it most definitely was NOT me...!! Long story short, I finally found out as my g.friend finally came clean told me.... after letting her squirm awhile, I 'forgave' her, since she only wants to see me happy!
True story...i love my friends and family...I hold them near and dear and will pretty much do anything for them when it comes down to it. I have a small, but tight loyal group of friends as I don't make friends easily since I am shy...but once I relax and get to know you...look out! I love to have fun and laugh, even at my own expense! I've been told that I have a warped, wacky, wild wicked sense of humor... I have been know to play practical jokes on my friends and family. Life is too short to waste my time being negative, bitter and/or holding grudges against others. While we have all gone thru both good times tough times in life and those things may have had an impact on our lives, they don't have to define who we are...or who we want to be!
That being said, I am at a point in life where I am happy with who I am and with what I have done...although I never stop dreaming and learning since there are still a few things left to do on my bucket list!! I have one older daughter who is living at home while going to college, as well as my goddaughter who is also older going to school. We stay pretty busy in everyday life and we are always planning things to do in the future...we usually do one big trip every year, such as when we went to Maui this past February!
I am looking for that special someone, who will want to be my best friend, lover and husband; someone to share life ups downs, the good, bad and all that in between! P.S. Although I can dress up to the nines for a special night out on the town, I am kinda a tomboy at heart and prefer to be comfortable in my everyday life. Some days i wear makeup, other days, I prefer to go natureal, sans makeup....I am happy and confident either way. Basically, I can dress with the best of them (even w/my tatts and piercings), depending upon the occasion; however, I prefer to be comfortable yet somewhat stylish when needed. I am normally somewhat active and always doing something and would love to be with someone who appreciate and respects that (hard for me to wind down sometimes) about me.
