I like to paint, but when I do it looks like a 4-year old did it?abstract art anyone? Life gives me such a sense of joy, whether it is practicing yoga and meditation or doing spin or boxing-- not with people, but with heavy bags, so don't worry.
I went to China last year and was able to stay overnight in a monastery, have some authentic Kung Pao Chicken in the Szechuan province, and walk on the Great Wall. Does it get any better than this??
I even get to drive past the ocean and mountains everyday on my way to work. The fact that I commute against traffic doesn't hurt either. And I always have my music going. I put lots of smiles on people's faces as they drive by as I love to dance and sing while I cruise along. Music just moves me, whether it's a friend's bagpipe show, John Mayer, 80's music, or even some fun hip hop, I'll get up and dance anytime.
I'm from Ohio, so that says it all. I'm full of energy and still manage to stay peaceful in my heart so no drama here. My friends will tell you that I'm usually smiling or laughing and enjoying what I'm doing in every moment. I love Surf and Turf, but if you want to go for fish tacos and guacamole, I'll be just as happy.
Life really is too short. Perhaps we could enjoy it together? Dancing, wine tasting, relaxing, or just with fish tacos.
