3) My hair, lips, nails, and bod are real. I’m disciplined about staying in shape, but I’m neither thin nor petite. If you’re into the “Christina Hendricks” body type, keep reading.
4) I'm not funny and I donРІР‚в„ўt like guys who make me laugh. It would be a total buzz-kill if you appreciated sarcasm or were humorous or amusing in any way.
5) My brain is the sexiest part of my body. No one has ever accused me of being dull, trite (or lazy for that matter). If you'd rather date someone who is pretty rather than smart, I'm not your girl.
6) I donРІР‚в„ўt call boys; boys call me. If you're not that into me, I wonРІР‚в„ўt run after you and try to change your mind.
After exiting a 14 year relationship, my ex says I'm the most cost-effective girlfriend he's ever had. (still good friends,btw). I'm resourceful, accomplished, and own a lot of power tools (guns, not butter). IРІР‚в„ўd like to say that IРІР‚в„ўm an artist, but IРІР‚в„ўm probably more of a patron. I am super-organized, but not OCD, and can be lazy at times. I donРІР‚в„ўt like company when I run in the AM, I just like my dog. I do exercise every day (for real), but I'm not a jock, not competitive, and it'd be nice if you weren't either... I don't have kids, but I'm full of advice on how to raise yours ;) I donРІР‚в„ўt camp, but I love hiking, biking, and rafting. I have a lot of education; not as much as I need, but definitely more than I can afford. I donРІР‚в„ўt argue about household chores; I hire people. IРІР‚в„ўm a foodie, and I am particular about what/where I eat, but IРІР‚в„ўm not a food Nazi; you can eat whatever you want. I like to cook -- a little more than most -- but not as much as some.
I’m attracted to a wide variety of men. Perfection is not required; being sweet, nice, open-minded, and having good manners is....I don’t necessarily have a “type,” but I do know that these things won’t work for me:

~financial hot mess (responsible is more than rich)
~parents/siblings still running your life
~STDs (absolutely no exceptions)
~facial hair (I want to kiss your face, not your mustache, and I won't argue about it, not even once...)
If you canРІР‚в„ўt believe facial hair is on that list, that's OK. You won't be the first man to prefer his beard to me. I'm not gonna say I understand it, or that my ego likes it...but, apparently, it is.....
My friends say IРІР‚в„ўm a big glass of Scotch: intoxicating, complex, occasionally expensive, and not everyoneРІР‚в„ўs taste. We do live in a vodka-kinda world (and I don't drink Scotch, btw). I think I am fun to be with but others could possibly disagree........I could tell you all the wonderful things about myself but I would rather your find out for youself.
I am not moody, and I dislike moody people. Can't stand shopping for groceries, clothes, and or shoes, I love to watch ice hockey, soccer, football - basketball in person. I can't play any of those sports worth a darn but I do admire those who can. Golf is not one of my favorite sports to play - actually I am not allowed to play at my sister's golf club - that is a funny story.
I was a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 23 years so exercise and nutrition are both very important to me. I try to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week depending upon my work schedule and I walk daily - with my dog and also a lot for my job.
I have traveled on horseback through Ireland, Scotland, Portugal, and France. I have also been to all the Tahitian Islands, Hawaiian Islands (not the big island), Switzerland, Canada, little bit of Italy. I am planning my next adventure to Germany or Canada depending ( on horseback ). I obtained my scuba certification a few years ago in Tahiti - but I would not send me off on my own for I might get distracted by something shinny and forget to come home. As you can tell, I do enjoy traveling in Europe. It is fantastic!
I own my own home, independent, and I have a fabulous job that I adore. My passion would be for animals and children. I stand up for those who cannot speak for themselves, and I believe in giving back to your community.
We humans tend to think that it is our job to tame animals and teach them how to behave. In reality, animals have much to teach us about patience, communication, and relationships.
