Meet a woman from San Clemente, United States. I live in paradise and am enjoying freedom like I have never have before. Life is wonderful.
Do you want to enjoy life, share, communicate, and HAVE FUN. I enjoy and appreciate my serenity, solitude and independence, but life would have more meaning if there was someone special that I could it share with - the birds I see, the sunset, the beach, the trees, etc. Is this what you want?
I like to travel, but it is not as much fun to go alone with no one to share the new experiences. I like to cruise and have done it quite often. It is so great to see new places and meet new people. I have traveled to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Italy (4 times), Scily, Denmark, Sweded, London, Scotland, Switzerland, Tahiti (3 times), Hawaii (I have lost count), Alaska and, of course, Mexico. I am willing to go almost anywhere. I am going to Spain this 2012 summer.
My belief system is metaphsical which believes that God is all there is and part of everything and everyone. So it would be nice to have a male friend who has the same philosophy of life. These beliefs and practices have supported me in many ways during my life. I am politically more liberal with a leaning toward the left, and I am a econmic conservative. This diversity really doesn't cause me problems, but it does ensure that I really think things through before I jump into anything. I am analytical in my decision making.
I love Dixieland and New Orleans Jazz. I love to dance and am able to dance and listen to almost anything from the 40's, 50's and 60's. I am learning how to paint with watercolors. I would like to try acrylics next. I have never tried anything like this before. It is so great to be able to try without being afraid of "doing it wrong." I play bridge and am learning the "new" conventions. I am also writing stories for my children and grandchildren with old family pictures so they can see how things have come together in my life. With this I am also doing some genealogy. I hope that I am a good role model for my 2 children and 3 grandchildren(ages 26, 23, and 8). They are wonderful and Life is fun!
I am an academic having taught in almost every leve except grade school. I am currently tutoring at a local college where I love to see people become more than they every thought they could.
