Not helpless, but also not really good at fixing things or getting things to work right. Terribly challenged by simple things like programming the timer to make sure the outside lights go on at night, not in the daytime. Finally learned how to re-boot the cable box, still working on the food processor. Used it once to make gazpacho but, it scares me &, Lord, is it ever heavy.
